I recently ordered two pair of final sale jeans as I know my size and knew they would fit. The first pair was poorly made and didn't fit at all like my other 31 toothpick jeans. The second pair had the button sewed in such a way that the jeans can't be put on without cutting fabric. I am so disappointed in both of these jeans and won't be buying from J Crew again.

I went to the Nags head outlet mall at OBX. One of the associate asked me if i need a size and all the while i thought she was that sincere so i told her i needed size 4. She came back with size 4 and threw the size 4 top in the floor. She could have place it on top of the door but no, she threw it in the floor and that was really really RUDE! I happen to get her name cuz shes also the one who help me at the register. Cashier CYNTHIA. I also work in a retail store and that is just a big NO NO!

First they charge $7.50 to return a defective product, then they only allow that refund to be via store credit. Never using them again.

I have shopped with JC for years and always had a positive experience. If there is an issue or something doesn't fit the return policy is very good (unless you purchase a final sale item, then there is not returns.). Many of the items I purchased from years ago still look beautiful and new.

J Crew charged me a 35 dollar late fee on my due date and when I called and spoke to a Supervisor Jennifer ID # 9324 her response was I paid my bill at 6:30 P.M. and that at 6:00 P.M. is a new day. Meanwhile we have 6 more hours before the day ends.My bill was 35 dollars and I paid 35 dollars meanwhile I was charged a late fee if 35 dollars so that means I paid zero dollars on my bill.

When did J Crew become some scam? I used a coupon code, payed for the order and just like that, the coupon code disappeared and made me pay full price. I contacted their customer service and they asked me where I got the coupon code ... wth?! That's a first for me. How is that relevant? They then canceled my order saying I didn't provide a coupon code ... doubly confused/mad. I felt like I just dodge some scam.

Dishonest Return policy. Bought two jackets different sizes. Returned one a week later, printed online return label. Easily within 30 days of receipt by me.
A month later I got a Gift Card saying they had received it more than 30 days after SHIPMENT so NO REFUND, only GIFT CARD.
ISSUES: 1) Shipment not receipt by customer. 2) Their Return Shipping is slowest possible so extends the time frames. 3) They know when I printed it and when it was scanned at the Post Office. So this is a dirty trick so customer gets no refund AND less likely I will use the Gift Card.

I have bought from J Crew for 20 years. The quality of their clothing has steadily declined over the years. It seems that they don't care about their products, only the profits. I will no longer buy their clothing because it is shoddy, cheap and overpriced. I can find better for less elsewhere. Too bad GREED got the best of J Crew.

The quality of all their products is guaranteed to be always best, it never disappoints in that region. Cool new collection with good price.

I've ordered shoes and boots from them and they've arrived thoughtfully packaged, it's a gift to unwrap them! The clothing is well designed and beautifully made, I'm so glad to have discovered JCrew!

My wife purchased a sweater for me from this retailer for Christmas. The package arrived and we noticed right away that there was an issue. The sweater which was supposed to be an XL was indeed in an XL package (plastic bag). When we took to sweater out for me to try on, I noticed it was a Large not an XL. So a large in an XL packaging. The next thing we noticed was that the sweater was already pilling and for a "new sweater" we thought this was odd. In any case she sent it back to exchange it for the correct size, and to our surprise, J-Crew said they couldn't exchange the "new sweater" because it was from their 2019 collection. Somewhere between their warehouse and the delivery of this so called "new sweater" someone pulled a switch, old for new. Now let me ask this audience, why the hell would FedEx or UPS do such a thing? We will never purchase anything from J-Crew ever again. Buyer Beware! They are horrible at customer service and someone in their fulfillment center is stealing from "US" the consumer.
